Bok Choy Salad

2-3 heads of Bok Choy, washed and sliced
1/2 box of Mushrooms, sliced
Handful of Pine Nuts
Handful of Craisins
3 Tbsp's of Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp's Olive Oil
Dash of Garlic Powder
some Water to thing it out


Combine the vegetables in a salad bowl.


Combine the dressing ingredients and pout over dressing not to long before serving so that it doesn't become soggy.
